Don Ward serves as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Gradient Cyber where he brings over two decades of technology and customer success leadership experience in cybersecurity, IT, and data networking. Don has built, expanded, and overseen service departments within early-stage ventures, high-growth enterprises, and industry leading Fortune 50 technology companies including HP and Cisco. He was recognized as a top Sales/Systems Engineer with Cisco (early CCIE 1571), driving high CSAT, retention, and expansion during the company’s rapid growth and market ascension. He went on to play a pivotal role in the global services team at TippingPoint, contributing from pre-revenue stages through high-growth years. Don served on the senior leadership team during TippingPoint’s acquisition by 3Com, and through its eventual purchase by HP.
